    First Christian Church's Generosity Campaign

99 DAYS OF IMPACT... WHAT'S THAT?

Simply put - it's a span of 99 days for people to pray, fast and ask God what they can invest in keeping First Christian Church operating at it's highest level.

    99 DAYS OF IMPACT...

More specifically it's a call to action and a generosity campaign that seeks to raise funds (approximately $250,000) to help repair and update the building and grounds at our main campus located at 255 W. McClain Ave.

    Our 1st Goal...

UPDATE & REPAIR OUR WORSHIP SPACE

Repairing and updating our sanctuary is our first goal. It's the place that gets used the most at 255 W. McClain. It's the place that we meet every week. Our goal is to raise enough funds to repair and upgrade the baptistry, repair our ceiling and update the lighting, repair and update sections of our walls, and to upgrade the sound and give every person a quality and inviting experience as they worship each week.

    Our 2nd Goal...

UPDATE & REPAIR OUR KITCHEN & FELLOWSHIP HALL

Repairing and updating our kitchen and fellowship hall is our 2nd goal. We plan on updating the kitchen to help with the growth in our daycare & preschool as well as it's use for fellowship gatherings. Our fellowship hall is in desperate need of updating and repair - we want this meeting place to be used by every member and so this space needs our best effort and some TLC.

    Our 3rd Goal...

REPAIR, RESEAL & STRIPE OUR PARKING LOTS

We currently have three major blacktop parking lots that are being used at our main campus. Our main parking lot has some issues, but our two secondary lots are so damaged that some areas will need substantial repair due to the lack of care. Our parking lots should be a priority for us - they are a first impression of our church.

    Our 4th Goal...

    REPAIR AND UPDATE OUR GYM

Our gym is used every day of every week. Our gym is used by our preschool and daycare, by our upward kids sports program, by our children's ministry, youth ministry, recreation ministry and many others. It's used by special interest groups and outside organizations. It is one of our largest spaces and is it has the potential to be used even more.

    ADDITIONAL GOALS

There are many more goals that we hope to meet.

Our church facility at 255 W. McClain Ave will be part of our ministry for generations to come and we desire to use our main campus for years. We have great plans for both 255 W. McClain and 750 S. Gardner (South Campus) - but we believe that we must take care of the little things first before God will bless us with more. We hope that you will take part in making an impact to our community and for the people of Scott County and beyond.
