LEAD PASTOR - MATTHEW CRAIG
Matthew has been with FCC since July of 2017 and was previously on staff between 1998-2003. Matthew has served with a church plant in Pueblo West, CO and served as the Senior Minister of Richwood Church of Christ from 2008-2017. Matthew has been in ministry for the past 25 years.
Matthew is married to his wife, Farah, and they have 5 children. Farah is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.
Matt is passionate about preaching and teaching the Word of God, but more importanly he desires for people to find a way back to God and for people to grow in their relationship with Jesus.

OAKLEY BARGER
Oakley has been a part of the FCC ministry team for over twenty years, bringing a wide range of experiences in working with children, students, and their families.
Together with his wife, Vickie, Oakley has taken on numerous roles over the years, consistently prioritizing the needs of the Kingdom. Their
commitment to putting others first is a hallmark of the Barger family.Oakley is always willing to go the extra mile, whether it's participating in hands-on activities, organizing trips to Hinkles, or staying up late to ensure that the youth have meaningful, impactful experiences at a lock in.

KITTY PERKINSON
Kitty and her husband, Max, are exceptional individuals whose presence brightens any day. Kitty serves diligently in both the Ladies Ministry and our Pastoral Care Ministry, demonstrating a profound love for Jesus and a passion for helping people find their way back to God as they grow in their relationship with Jesus. She is a true servant of God's Kingdom.
Kitty often says, "I've got an opportunity for you," and when you hear that, you know she has recognized something special in you and
has a plan.As a staff we affectionately regard Kitty as the "Mother" of our staff, a sentiment she proudly embraces as she works to keep all "the boys" out of trouble!

MARC CARR
Marc and his wife, Christie, are remarkable individuals with a deep commitment for Jesus. Marc is a versatile and skilled professional, having served as a Worship Minister, Preaching Minister, and in various other capacities at several churches. We are thrilled to benefit from his extensive gifts and experience.
Currently, Marc oversees our Pastoral Care Ministry and also serves our Senior Adults, bringing a personal touch to his work, as he grew up in this church. His familiarity with our community makes him an ideal fit for this role in pastoral care.
Marc and his family are invaluable members of the FCC team, and we are truly blessed to have them with us.
RECREATION & FINANCE
ERIC MULLINS
Eric and his wife, Lyddia, are actively engaged in our community, demonstrating a genuine passion for serving others and loving Jesus. Eric oversees our financial operations and manages our recreation, sports, and Upward ministries.
Eric's enthusiasm and love for sports is evident in his involvement on the court, field, campsite, and beyond. His goal is to ensure that people of all ages can enjoy sports while also learning about Jesus.
Eric's attention to detail makes him an excellent choice for managing our finances. Working alongside a dedicated Finance Ministry Team, he helps ensure that we are responsible stewards of God's resources.
PRESCHOOL & DAYCARE
SHERRY MOSLEY
Sherry is married to "Big Al" and they are a great couple in our church along with their kids, Max and Maggie.
Sherry leads our daycare and preschool ministries, demonstrating exceptional skill in both managing her team and engaging with the children in their care. Her dedication ensures that the children are in a safe, nurturing environment where they can learn about the love of Jesus, fostering a strong foundation for their spiritual growth and that of their families as well as preparing them for Kindergarten.
Additionally, Sherry serves as our Host and connection for our first-time guests during our Sunday services, warmly welcoming folks by creating meaningful connections. Her genuine enthusiasm for building community is evident in every interaction and conversation.
OFFICE MANAGER & ADMIN
TERESA SPELLMAN
Teresa is married to Dick and they have served FCC along with their family since 1983 as members. Teresa oversees the office and administrative functions, handling a variety of essential tasks. She is responsible for producing the Sunday morning bulletin and has been in her role since 2000. Teresa values working with dedicated colleagues and appreciates the convenience of not commuting to Louisville.
In addition to her administrative duties, Teresa also serves as the lead cook and coordinator for all large church events, contributing her culinary and organizational skills to ensure the success of these gatherings.
